Her research introduced a prototype ambulance boat specifically designed to address the unique geographical challenges of remote dam reservoir areas in Thailand. The project adopted a multi-approach methodology, integrating:

The design process involved a wide range of contributors, including physicians, nurses, engineers, architects, hydrographers, forest guardians, provincial governors, as well as community voices such as former patients, their families, and local leaders.
