คณะกรรมการดำเนินงานหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต(หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) ได้จัดกิจกรรม “Leadership Development Camp: Enhancing Analytical Thinking, Management Planning, and Communication Skills for Nursing Students”ณ โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า อ.เมือง จ.นครนายก ระหว่างวันที่ วันที่ 27-28 กันยายน 2568โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนา Soft Skill ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้นำนักศึกษาได้คิดวิเคราะห์ วางแผนการบริหารจัดการและการสื่อสาร ได้ฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้ทักษะการเป็นผู้แกนนำในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า สร้างทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลในการทำงานร่วมกัน ผ่านฐานกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เช่น กิจกรรมwalk rally กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างการทำงานเป็นทีม โดยมีคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว
